How do I place an order?

Can I order books that aren't currently in stock?

Yes! If the title you're looking for isn't available, we'll do our best to source it through our supplier network. Contact us with the book title, author, and edition (if known), and we'll let you know availability and estimated delivery time.

Can I preorder upcoming releases?

Yes! We accept preorders for selected upcoming releases. If you're interested in a title that has not yet been published, contact us with the book details and we'll let you know if a preorder is available.

Do you sell gift bundles?

Yes! We create beautiful book bundles for children, teens, and adults. You can also request a custom bundle based on age, interests, genre, or budget.

Do you supply churches and organizations?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
