Include your order/receipt number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Akenkan cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges

Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
